LiveClass provides the option to create and access your account using Google Authentication. By utilizing this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Account Responsibility: The security of your LiveClass account is directly tied to the security of your Google account. It is your sole responsibility to secure your Google account using strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available.
• Loss of Access: If you lose access to your Google account, you may consequently lose access to your LiveClass account. LiveClass is not liable for data loss, service interruption, or financial losses resulting from compromised third-party accounts.
• Third-Party Terms: Your use of Google's authentication services is also governed by Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the platform in any way that could damage the website, the services, or the general business of LiveClass.

You further agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, exploit, or hack our payment gateways, API integrations, or session hashes.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.

4. Payments and Transactions

All transactions made through LiveClass are final. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided for transactions (such as recipient phone numbers for data/airtime top-ups) is accurate. LiveClass is not liable for funds sent to incorrect numbers due to user error.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveClass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
